All orders will be shipped via Australia Post within 3-14 business days.
All shipping rates are weight-based, and will be calculated for you during the check-out process.
Demitra.com.au is virtually able to send items to any address in the world, but please note that there are some restrictions on certain products which cannot be shipped internationally. If you think this may be the case for you, please get in touch with me.
RETURNS

Demitra.com.au does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please shop carefully.
Each piece is thoroughly checked for defects before being sent to you, however, if you accidentally receive an item which is faulty, we are happy to replace it for you.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT:

Issues with your order must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date.
Returns must be made within 14 business days.
Items must be packaged appropriately, to avoid further damage.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
